Drive For Dana (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Drive For Dana mobile application (the “App”). This

designed to provide information and allow users the option to donate to support the Drive For Dana

charity.

1. Information We Collect

The Drive For Dana App does not collect, store, or track any personal information from users. We

do not collect any data for analytics, advertising, or account creation.

• Phone numbers

• Location data

• Device identifiers

• Usage analytics

• Any other personally identifiable information

2. Donations

The App may provide a link or option for users to make a donation to support Drive For Dana. All

donations are processed through a secure third party payment processor. When you choose to

donate, you will be redirected to the third party provider to complete your transaction. Drive For Dana

does not collect, process, or store payment information, including credit card numbers or billing

details. Any information provided during the donation process is governed by the privacy policy of the

third party payment provider.

3. Third Party Services

Aside from the optional third party donation processor, the App does not use third party analytics

services, advertising networks, or tracking technologies.

4. Children’s Privacy

The Drive For Dana App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including

children under the age of 13.

5. Changes to This Privacy PolicyWe may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are made, the updated version will be

posted with a revised effective date.

6. Weather Data

The Drive For Dana IOS app displays weather forecasts for car show and cruise night events using Apple WeatherKit. Event locations are stored as part of our event listings and are used solely to retrieve weather forecasts for those fixed venues.

How it works: When you view weather for an event, the app sends that event's coordinates to WeatherKit to retrieve a forecast. No device location or personal location data is involved.

What we do NOT do:

Request, access, or store your device's location

Collect or retain any personal location information

Share any user data with third parties in connection with weather features

Track you in any way

Weather lookups are based entirely on fixed event venue coordinates, not on who you are or where you are. WeatherKit responses are used to display forecasts and are not stored on our servers. Apple's handling of WeatherKit requests is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
